Premier Laser & Day Spa, founded in 2005 by Dr. Vadim Gurvits, offers FDA approved, results-oriented laser skin care treatments. Dr. Vadim Gurvits, D.O., On-Site Medical Director
Vadim Gurvits, D.O. graduated with honors from Polytechnic School in Pasadena, California, with honors from both the University of Pennsylvania and the University Of Health Sciences College Of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a traditional internship and residency at Bi-County Community Hospital (currently part of Henry Ford Health System).
Dr. Gurvits is Board-Certified in Family Practice and OMT and undergoing additional board certification by the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery. He trained with many well-known dermatologists and plastic surgeons and received certifications in Botox, Restylane, Juvederm, Evolence, Radiesse, Omnilux LED, IPL, Laser hair removal, Photodynamic Therapy, Laser vein treatment, Laser Skin tightening, Laser acne treatments, Portrait Plasma resurfacing, Fractional skin resurfacing (Active FX, Deep FX, Total FX, Max FX), and laser tattoo removal.
Pursuing his long interest in aesthetic medicine, Dr. Gurvits opened Premier Laser and Day Spa in Menifee, California in 2004. Each year he attends several conferences to learn new techniques and evaluate effective technologies to offer his patients. He offers procedures that are FDA approved and commonly accepted by aesthetic physicians.
When he is not helping people feel better by improving their appearance, he enjoys reading and spending time with family.
Staci Johnson, RN
Staci Johnson started her career in 1988 when she became a licensed cosmetologist. She continued her education and graduated with her Nursing License in 1997. Staci practices as a surgical nurse as well as cosmetic laser professional. She has been working for Premier Laser and Day Spa since 2005 where she is the lead nurse and performs Laser Hair Removal, Wrinkle Rejuvenation, Acne Laser Therapy, Foto Facials, Vein Therapy as well as all conscious sedation for advance laser procedures.
Sarah Gurvits, Marketing Director
Sarah graduated from Mt. San Jacinto College in 2003 with her degree in digital photography and design. Sarah designs Premier Laser & Day Spa’s advertisements in the Bear Creek Chronicle, The Friday Flyer, Neighbors, & The Plateau Perspective. She also designs various other ads and post cards we send directly to our patients. Sarah loves to use her creative ability in design and photography to inform the community about Dr. Gurvits’ wonderful practice.
Taylor O'Dwyer
Taylor has provided medical aesthetic treatments in Southern California for the past 8 years. Although she enjoys working with all types of clients she has dedicated her professional career to offering results oriented treatments. The happiness of her clients is her ultimate reward. Taylor first realized she wanted to be in this field when she was a small child. Having very sensitive
skin put her on a journey to helping herself and than to helping others.
With many years in the medical field, Taylor has become certified in dozens of different techniques including, but not limited to Velashape, light therapy, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and permanent cosmetics. She has worked closely with a world renowned dermatologist as well as the best of the best in plastic surgery.
A formulator of custom chemical peels, Taylor enjoys the chemistry behind her profession as well. She has also delved into the world of education, creating one of a kind skin care webinars and lesson plans to help educate aestheticians who are interested in getting more into the medical field.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids, shopping for treasures at yard sales, and exploring other parts of the word!
